Weighed in: Officially down 9 pounds!! Looking & feeling a lot healthier!!
Casual Jean Friday at work so I finally pulled out some Straight Sevens Jeans that I got like 4 months ago and decided to try them on. When I had purchased them...they were snuggly tight...and this morning...that wasn't the case..now they're too big on me :( Oh wells, I still wore them anyways.

During my lunch today, I was planning to go to the mall just to walk around...BUT instead I went to Trader Joe's! Picked up a few items: Organic Gala Apples, Organic Banana chips (for Post Slenderiix), a can of Organic Pumpkin (planning to bake my first pumpkin pie very soon!!), and a bag of Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels!! No no, NOT FOR ME...I got it for my hunny..Haven't seen him all week so I decided to be sweet and bring him something! =)
Because I have a class after work tonight...my dinner is simple, fast, and convenient: Peach Pure Nourish with 12oz of Organic Ricemilk.
Busy weekend ahead and yet again this weekend will be going by very fast!
Davis/Sacramento tonight.
Birthday Celebration for a good friend Saturday.
Sunday: Hun's childhood friend birthday celebration back in the Bay Area and maybe attend fleet week, Blue Angels Air Show, since it was canceled last year due to the weather! Hopefully the weather remains beautiful just how it was this entire week...although it appears the cooler temperature is finally coming in!

Finally getting into the 107's. It did take longer than I thought, but I'm getting there!
Definitely enjoyed another unusual sunny and warm day in the Bay again. During my lunch break I decided to get gas because I received an email saying that there was going to be a .05-.50 gas hike! Luckily I was able to get gas before it hiked up...although it still cost me $57 bucks to fill up the XLR. Gas is now 4.79 for premium in the area I live in.
Getting home from work, I was feeling pretty exhausted so I didn't want to spend too much in the kitchen. Simply mixed cooked organic quinoa and salsa and baked it in the oven for the crispiness. Had a small bowl with an apple. I also baked zucchini with quinoa/salsa mixed again for my lunch tomorrow because it was that good!

Another beautiful day, decided to have my lunch by the water and went for a walk.
Coming home from work, I searched through my fridge to see what I can make and decided to keep it simple and fast. Wasn't sure how it was going to taste but I just wanted to experiment....I sliced up one zucchini and topped it off with an organic quinoa & organic salsa mixed. Baked it in the oven for about 15 minutes and it came out sooo scrumptious. I literally finished my dinner so fast! (dinner was served with half a nectarine that my co-worker gave me and a 1/4 cup serving of Peach Pure Nourish)

I wasn't so surprised that my weight remained the same...noticed I gained .2 pounds since yesterday.
Eating late at night + some sweets will slow down Slenderiix. Hopefully I don't plateau again.

At work, I'm preparing for the holidays and I have been receiving tons of catalogs for gift baskets and this page caught my attention...cookies, cheesecakes, sweets...mmm...looking at the picture was satisfying enough though. Having the major sweet tooth that I do....or did..I'm surprised I haven't caved and just ate sweets like no tomorrow yet! lol. Slenderiix helps curve cravings..and for sure it has done that for me. I noticed when I am craving some sweets though, a Peach Pure Nourish or cheerios with organic rice milk will satisfy it. =)
Absolutely gorgeous day in the Bay so I decided to enjoy the outdoors.
Went for an hour stroll with an apple and my Puritii Bottle.

After getting off of work, I had couple errands to run. I had to deliver a Slenderiix & Peach Pure Nourish to a customer in the city. I ended up driving to the wrong place and got lost because I put Street instead of Avenue! But it was okay because I was able to see the city at night and the view was spectacular! I eventually got to my destination and delivered the products!! Shout out to Amy [Hi Amy!! =)] for reading my blogs and actually purchasing products that I have been consuming (Quinoa + Ricemilk). Pretty awesome to hear others taking action!! So when I finally came home, it was around 9 so I didn't want to eat too late so I just had an apple. I also prepped my lunch for the following day: Quinoa with salmon and green beans + an apple.

Gorgeous day in Pacifica but we went to Sacramento and it's 99 degree temperature. Supported our local friends Brian & Edmund's Wash & Floss car wash event.

After the event, I wasn't feel well and took a 2 1/2 hour nap. The BF woke me up and told me his mom was waiting for us, so we went over to her house. The family was waiting for us to arrive so we can sit down and enjoy a MoonCake Festival dinner. I was going to decline to eat, since it was already 930pm, but to be respectful and courtest, I had myself some authentic + fairly healthy Chinese food! We had a mushroom/bell pepper dish, a green bean/lamb dish, pork dish, and a lamb soup with mooncake and watermelons. Dinner + dessert was really good, but I just couldn't help but think how many days that dinner will set me back...LOL

Saturday morning consists of us attending training to learn from our mentor!
In our line of work, we want things to be "easy to digest" and applicable.
Knowledge + application = transformation.
Always room for Kaizen (constant improvements/constant development).
Even during training, I have my food packed and ready to be eaten. On the go means get creative...so I had my breakfast in a blender bottle...easy, fast, and convenient ;). After training, the BF was hungry so we went to get him food, Filipino sisig!

After getting home, it was a chill Saturday....we took care of some business/website collaborations with our leaders. Can't wait for our website to launch!
